If you need to return your FOBA US order, we're here to help. You have 30 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.
In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Please log into your FOBA US Account page. Once logged in, click on Return Items? for the order that you wish to return.
Fill out the provided form; be sure to select the quantity of items that are being returned and then submit your request.
Within 24 hours, a return shipping label and further instructions will be will be emailed to you from email@example.com.
Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
